HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SHOOT SPRING ROLLS

Material:
• 1 packet of spring roll skin (ready made)
• 200 gr bamboo shoots
• 200 gr boneless chicken meat (stirred)
• Oil
Seasoning:
• 8 cloves of shallot
• 5 cloves of garlic
• Salt to taste
• Just enough sugar
• Pepper to taste
• Taste to taste
• Salty soy sauce to taste

 

Manufacturing Steps:

1. Cut the bamboo shoots and boil 15 minutes throw the water rinse with clean water then drain

2. Heat the skillet add the spice paste that is mashed / can also be sliced stir-fry the spices until fragrant stir the chicken for a while then add the bamboo shoots and add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and other flavorings stir-fry until cooked then turn off the heat let it cool slightly

3. Take one sheet of spring roll skin input 1 tablespoon vegetable filling then fold and roll do it repeatedly until finished

4. Heat the oil,make sure the oil is really hot,then fry the lumpia until browned

the first thing to do is boil the bamboo shoots until cooked. Drain then squeeze until the water is reduced. saute shallots, garlic and pepper.

Next Take a piece of spring roll skin and then put the contents of the spring roll in it.

Fold and roll the spring roll skin neatly.

So that the spring roll skin does not break and is more sticky when fried, rub the sides with egg white and then fry
